Maoists killed a policeman in Jharkhand and triggered two explosions in Orissa early on Tuesday just hours after they targeted a Rajdhani express blasting the rail tracks in Bihar in which the passengers had a miraculous escape after ten coaches derailed.
As their 48-hour bandh entered the second day on Tuesday, the Maoists stepped up violence leading to disruption of rail services and cancellation of several trains. There was no casualty or injury in the incident involving the Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express late last night.

Firefight, apparently lasted several hours, on border between Israel and Gaza strip. It has happened after an apparently lasted of palestinians armed to infiltrate themselves in Israel near Kissufim crossing.

Reports reaching us from Doblai District in Lower Juba Region, southern Somalia have confirmed that heavy fighting has erupted between Hisb al-fighters led by Shaykh Ahmad Madobe and those of al-Shabaab Islamic Movement.
Residents have confirmed that they heard sounds of heavy artilleries used by the two sides. Sources say that Hisb al-Islam fighters attacked the bases of al-Shabaab Islamic Movement bases in Doblai town. Casualties resulting from the fighting remain unclear.

Israeli planes have hit this night 6 targets in Gaza Strip, afther that yesterday a rocket launched by a palestinian faction has provoched the dead of a thai worker in Israel. Hamas representatives and witnesses referred it.
In one of three attacks, against tunnels through which pass smuggling material along the border with Egipt, 2 people were wounded. Between the other targets there was an wide area in Khan Younis and a smelter near Gaza.

Al-Qaeda-inspired group (Ansar al-Sunna Brigades) claims responsibility for attack from Gaza, third in 24 hours after 2 rockets land near Sderot.
A Thai greenhouse worker was killed on Thursday afternoon when a kassam rocket fired by Gaza terrorists hit the Netiv Ha’asara area.
The man, in his 30s, was evacuated to Ashkelon’s Barzilai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The attack came on the same day as a visit to Gaza by Europe’s top diplomat, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton.
