Thailand Government has proclaimed the state of emergency in Bangkok and in others five provinces. The decision has been announced by Prime Ministre Abhisit Vejjajiva, after that the red shirts, militants loyal to ousted premier Thaskin Shinawatra, have entered in the Parliament forcing ministers to flee by helicopter. This is most dramatic day by the start of protests, on March 12.
With the state of emergency are prohibited gatherings of more than 5 people and the army has more powers to disperse the crowds, even though Abhisit has confirmed that the Government won’t use force.
