At least 15 people have been killed and more than 650 others wounded in violent clashes in the Thai capital between security forces and anti-government protesters.
The dead included four soldiers and 11 civilians, including a Reuters cameraman, officials said.
Thailand’s army launched an offensive on Saturday to clear the so-called red shirt protesters from areas in Bangkok by nightfall.

Thailand Government has proclaimed the state of emergency in Bangkok and in others five provinces. The decision has been announced by Prime Ministre Abhisit Vejjajiva, after that the red shirts, militants loyal to ousted premier Thaskin Shinawatra, have entered in the Parliament forcing ministers to flee by helicopter. This is most dramatic day by the start of protests, on March 12.
With the state of emergency are prohibited gatherings of more than 5 people and the army has more powers to disperse the crowds, even though Abhisit has confirmed that the Government won’t use force.

Kyrgyzstan’s army and police are on hands of rioters. Deposed president, Kurmanbek Bakiyev, has referred it. Provisional Interim Minister has given order to security forces to fire to harriers.(RCD)

The opposition part in Kyrgyzstan has claimed control after a violent day of clashes in several cities.
The violent scenes, mostly in the capital Bishkek, saw at least 40 people killed and more than 400 wounded.
The protests were against the so-called repressive policies of President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, who took office in 2005 after a similar opposition uprising called the Tulip Revolution.

A state of emergency has been declared in the capital of Kyrgyzstan following violence that erupted during protests staged by opposition supporters.
Reports say at least five people were killed in Bishkek on Wednesday as protesters clashed with riot police while trying to seize the main government building.
Riot police fired tear gas, rubber bullets and flash grenades at the crowd.
More than 5,000 protesters seeking the resignation of President Kurmanbek Bakiyev were gathered near the president’s office, according to reports.
