Libya: Migrants flee Misrata to seek medical treatment
African and Asian migrants have continued to flee the fighting in western Libya.
Nearly 1,200 people boarded a Greek-flagged ship in Misrata for the rebel stronghold of Benghazi, according to the International Organisation for Migration.
The aid agency said many of them needed medical treatment.
Earlier on Friday, around 1,200 people arrived in the Egyptian port of Alexandria onboard a Turkish vessel.
