United Nations have confirmed that Sudan army has withdrew from Abyei region, contested with South Sudan, putting end to a year of occupation.
“Security force of United Nations in Abyei has confirmed that withdrawal of Sudanese Armed Forces from region has been completed”, said a spokesman UN.
