Turkey: Turkish military strikes Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) convoy in Syria
Turkish army attacked a convoy that belongs to the al-Qaeda-linked Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in northern Syria, the Turkish military said in a statement on Wednesday.
The Turkish military struck a number of vehicles that belong to the radical group, after militants opened fire on a military outpost on Turkey-Syria border on Wednesday.
Along with warplanes, tanks and artillery fire from the Turkish side of the border destroyed a bus and several ISIL vehicles.
