Syria: Israeli warplanes attack multiple sites in Syria
Israeli warplanes have attacked Syria on Sunday, with multiple bombing sorties against the Damascus International Airport damaging several unspecified facilities.
In addition to the airport, the Israeli planes also attacked the town of Dimas, near the Lebanese border. Reportedly military installations were hit on the outskirts of Dimas.
Syrian Army officials blasted the attacks as “direct aggression,” and it is unclear what exactly was hit. There has also been no report yet on the casualties from either attack, though locals reported hearing multiple explosions.
