Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa said on Saturday that so far 80 terrorists had been killed while 100 others injured during current phase of military operations Zarb-e-Azab and Khyber-2.
Libya: Libyan army battles militias near Tripoli as bombs strike city’s only airport
Army troops battled militias Saturday outside the capital, Tripoli, security officials from both sides of the Libyan conflict said. The Libyan army also said it carried out airstrikes on multiple targets near the city, including its only functioning airport.
The fierce battles for the capital city on the Mediterranean coast resulted in both sides claiming control of Aziziya city, south of Tripoli. Army troops and fighters loyal to a militia coalition known as Libya Dawn continued to clash south and west of the capital.

Yemen: Suicide attacks at mosques by Sana Province group, an Islamic State affiliate, kill more than 130 people
An affiliate of the Islamic State that had not previously carried out any major attacks claimed responsibility for coordinated suicide strikes on Zaydi Shiite mosques here that killed more than 130 people during Friday Prayer, bringing to Yemen the kind of deadly sectarian fighting that has ripped apart Syria and Iraq.
The bombings, apparently carried out by Sunni extremists against Shiite places of worship, threatened to propel the conflict toward the kind of unrestrained sectarian bloodletting that Yemen had so far avoided.

Nigeria: Boko Haram attacks town of Gamboru killing 11 people
Boko Haram militants killed 11 people in an attack on Gamboru, northeast Nigeria, as hundreds of Islamists flooded the town following the withdrawal of Chadian troops, witnesses said Thursday.
Three residents of Fotokol, a town in Cameroon but effectively attached to Gamboru, said the rebel onslaught began on Wednesday and there were indications that Boko Haram intended to occupy Gamboru again.
