Arakan Army (AA) released a statement that there were armed clashes between its troops and government soldiers on April 18, 2015.
Armed clashes were took place near Sapar-Seik and Aung-Lan-Chaung villages 14 miles away from Kyauktaw town. The AA troops had clashes with government army at least five times on April 18, according to the statement.

After four months of quiet, a rocket was fired on Thursday evening from Gaza towards communities in southern Israel. The rocket exploded in an open field in the Sha’ar Ha Negev Regional Council. There were no injuries or damages reported.
Close to midnight on Thursday, the IDF tanks attacked a Hamas position in the northern Gaza Strip in retaliation for the rocket that landed in southern Israel a few hours earlier.

Nigerian troops were forced to retreat from Boko Haram’s Sambisa Forest stronghold in the restive northeast after a landmine blast killed one soldier and three vigilantes, security sources said Thursday.
Military top brass said on Wednesday that soldiers were conducting offensives “in some forest locations” in the area after it was announced last week that operations were imminent.

Somaliland Army units were on Wednesday deployed to quell deadly fighting which broke out on Tuesday between the two warring clans in Taleeh district which is situted 180 KM south of Las Anod.
Mr. Abdirashid Hersi Dalmar,the deputy governor of Sool region said, “The security forces were deployed in the area to deter further violence and also stop elements whose action was bent on reigniting fresh bloody inter-clan fighting between the two communities who have been staying in peace”.

At least 22 terrorists were killed in precision aerial strikes late Tuesday night in North Waziristan Agency.
An ISPR press release said the terrorists were killed in area ahead of Datta Khel in North Waziristan.
