The Air Force struck two Hamas infrastructure targets in Gaza overnight in reaction to rocket fire from coastal enclave on Sunday night.
The Air Force struck a Hamas maritime police base in northern Gaza, and an armed wing base in the strip’s center in reaction to the rocket fire, no casualties were reported.

Security forces from Somalia’s regional administration of Jubba have recaptured Barwaqo village, about 12 km from Dhobley town in Southern Somalia near the Kenyan border.
Col. Haybe Ahmed Abdullahi, one of the commanders of Jubba Administration in Dhobley town, told journalists on Saturday that they rooted out the militants from Barwaqo neighborhood in lower Jubba region on Friday.
The control of this area fell into Pro-Islamic States militants on Tuesday this week, according to the officials and residents in the region earlier.

A bomb hidden in a bag ripped through a crowded bazaar in a mainly Shia area of northwestern tribal region Sunday, killing at least 23 people and wounding more than 30, officials said.
The death toll was expected to rise after the explosion at the Eidgah used-clothes market in Parachinar, the capital of Kurram Agency on the border with Afghanistan.

Islamic State militants have claimed responsibility for attacks on the Syrian city of Homs which killed at least 16 people and injured dozens more. The militants said their fighter blew himself up with 150kg of explosives near a central city hospital.
The incident happened near a hospital in the al-Zahra neighborhood of the city. The area has seen several bombings. It is home to the Alawite minority, to whom the ruling elite in Syria belongs.

Violence from coordinated attacks on three Burundian army installations killed 87 people, an army spokesman said Saturday, showing the escalating turmoil over the disputed third term of President Pierre Nkurunziza.
More than 150 armed men raided the army facilities Friday and 79 of them were killed, army spokesman Col. Gaspard Baratuza said Saturday. Eight security agents, four from the army and four from police, also died in the fighting and 21 security officers were wounded, he said. Baratuza said forces arrested 45 members of the unidentified group that attacked the military installations.
