At least 30 terrorists were killed and several others were injured in military air strikes in Shawal Valley of North Waziristan Agency.
According to official sources, the strikes were carried out in the Datta Khel tehsil of North Waziristan, destroying at least six terrorists’ hideouts.
North Waziristan Agency is among Pakistan’s seven semi-autonomous tribal districts near the Afghan border, rife with local and foreign militants including al-Qaeda and the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
