Thirty-three civilians were killed and dozens of others injured on Tuesday when the Syrian air force attacked the city of Maarat al-Numan and the town of Kafr Nabl in the northwestern province of Idlib, a Syrian civil defense official told Anadolu Agency.
According to Omar Alwan, a civil defense official based in Maarat al-Numan, 28 civilians were killed and another 33 injured when a Syrian warplane struck a marketplace in Maarat al-Numan.

A group of Taliban insurgents staged a bomb and gun attack in the Afghan capital Kabul Tuesday morning, killing at least 30 people and wounding more than 327, according officials.
The assault targeted a building, which officials say houses a special unit of the Afghan security force working under the Afghan spy agency and responsible for protecting government officials.

Clashes between two Arab tribes in Sudan’s conflict-hit East Darfur state left up to 20 people dead on Sunday, tribal leaders told AFP.
One of the tribal leaders said the clashes between the Arab Maaliya and Rizeigat seem to have been sparked by a livestock theft nearly a year after fighting between the two groups left dozens dead.

At least forty-one suspect loyalists of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group have been killed in an Afghan airstrike in eastern Nangarhar province in Afghanistan.
The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said the airstrike was carried out in Achin district around on Thursday night, reports TOLO News.
