President of Kosovo Hashim Thaci has declared that nobody can block the right of the country to build an army.
“All the istitutions of Kosovo are involved in the efforts to form the armed Forces.
We will ensure that all obligations toward international comunity will be achivied through costitutional reforms”, Thaci said, that has confirmed that Kosovo will have its own army within the end of the year.
