Clashes between the Tatmadaw and the Arakan Army (AA) have escalated in Paletwa township in Chin State, according to a statement from the ethnic armed group’s Facebook page on Sunday.
The Myanmar Times was not able to get comment from the Tatmadaw or the government about the armed ethnic group’s claim but on November 10, the Tatmadaw said it is conducting military operations in the area in the aftermath of the Arakan Army attack on one motorboat carrying civilians and another motorboat loaded with Tatmadaw members on November 8.

Turkish warplanes bombed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) positions in northern Kurdistan Region areas near the Turkish border on Sunday, the Turkish military said.
The Turkish jets hit a number of targets in northern Iraq’s Zap, Mount Qandil, Sinat-Haftanin, Gara and Hakurk regions in northern Kurdistan Region, the Turkish General Staff said on Monday, state-run Anadolu Agency said.

As many as 23 al-Houthi militants and four pro-government tribesmen have been killed in fierce clashes in the central province of Baydha when the Iran-backed rebels launched an attack to expand their territories, state-run media and activists said on Sunday.
A large number of heavily-armed fighters mounted an offensive on Al Humygani tribesmen in Al Zaher district, setting off bloody clashes that continued Saturday afternoon, Abdul Rab Al Humygani, a local activist close to government fighters, told Gulf News.

Bloody clashes have occurred on Friday in Korma areas, North Darfur state between government militia, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and the Sudan Army Movement-Revolutionary Forces (SAM-RF) of Abdelallah Raziqallah aka (Savanna), reliable sources told Sudan Tribune.
A source at the Korma administrative unit in the locality of El-Fasher, North Darfur capital said sounds of weaponry and fire exchange were heard from Amari Gadid, Kaila, Niro and Abshara areas.

The death toll of the recent clashes in the western Libya’s Tripoli is 70, including members of the Sudanese Justice and Equality Movement, a military official said on Friday.
“The result of the clashes in the area of Warshaffana during the past few days has reached 70 people, including 15 members of the Justice and Equality Movement that was fighting with the militants,” Abdullah Al-Fak’hal, media official of Zintan’s Military Council, told Xinhua.
