Turkish security forces have arrested at least six YPG/PKK terrorists in northern Syria, across Turkey’s southern border, the National Defense Ministry said on Friday.
“Six other PKK/YPG terrorists, who were found to be carrying out terrorist activities to disrupt the environment of peace and security in Operation Olive Branch area, were detained,” the ministry said on Twitter.

Troops of the Armed Forces of Nigeria killed 92 Boko Haram terrorists in the past week, according to Defence Headquarters.
DHQ spokesperson, Major-General John Enenche, disclosed during a media briefing on Thursday, July 9, 2020 that troops had at least 17 recorded encounters with the Islamic sect terrorising the northeast region.

More than 700 villagers in Kyaukme Township in northern Shan State fled their homes late last month due to fighting between government troops and the Restoration Council of Shan State (RCSS). The ethnic armed group allegedly burned a cache of illegal drugs to mark the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on June 26.
The villagers claimed Myanmar’s military shot and killed a man and injured two others. However, the army said it was unaware of any civilian casualties.

Libya’s UN-recognised government on Sunday condemned overnight air raids against a recently recaptured airbase in the west of the country saying the attack was carried out by a “foreign air force”.
Fighters loyal to the Government of National Accord (GNA) seized back the al-Watiya airbase, 140km (90 miles) southwest of the capital Tripoli, from troops aligned with renegade military commander Khalifa Haftar in May.
